Artist’s description:
"Welcome In Spirit" is a symbolic work representing my desire to welcome people in, which during this time I do not do. But Art Off Screen has created an opportunity for me to welcome the public in, in spirit, at least. The colorfully festive ribbons when blown by breezes have an uncanny resemblance to Tibetan Prayer Flags. One passerby commented on how they looked like men's neckties. I like how the ribbons accentuate the dominant vertical and horizontals of this particular street view.
