Artist’s description:
This is an acrylic painting made on an antique wooden door with porcelain doorknobs and original hardware. The door is an original to a Pennsylvanian home built in 1830, which faces the field where the work is installed. The imagery in the painting incorporates symbols that represent the sun, rain, and energy.
